One of the most interesting categories in deviantART is Photoshop .PSD Files where you can download free .PSD Files from the collection and use them either for learning, inspiration or using them in a project of your own.
PSD Website templates is the first step in designing a website after that comes converting the designed template from PSD to HTML/CSS working template to be used afterwords in creating and developing the complete website. The benefit of having a free PSD Website template is that you have a base template that you like and then make some changes to match your needs and thoughts either in color or in layout.

Web Buttons is a 16 Colored Website Buttons in one free Photoshop file (PSD file) with Layer Styles file (ASL file) done in Photoshop CS3 and ready for you to use them where ever, however and whenever. Web Buttons is a free website buttons designed to be used by web designers or website owners on their websites as Download buttons, Form buttons or Sign Up buttons.

The Web Buttons is licensed under The Creative Commons Attribution 3.0, it means that you can use the web buttons for free either for personal or commercial purposes, all I ask in return is a link back to the buttons or even an email showing me your final results.
